This privacy policy does not apply to any information you choose to publish yourself in the Psychic & Spirituality Blog comments or posts made on the Psychic Garden Discussion Forum, but does protect your login information for these services/web site features.

Payments for appointments are processed online by PayPal, and transactions must be completed before your appointment with Monica Who can be confirmed. Credit card payments usually take just a few minutes to process (or sometimes a couple of hours), but bank transfer and e-check payments can take several days to process. Your appointment request will remain Pending until your payment transaction has been completed with PayPal.
You will receive email confirmation of your payment transaction from PayPal. The payment transaction will appear on your credit card statement as "MONICA WHO"
The length of your appointment cannot be modified after payment has been completed because the payment amount is determined by the length of appointment you selected.
A FULL REFUND of your appointment price will be made under the following conditions:
~ your appointment is cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment time
~ your call lasts LESS THAN 3 Minutes (due to technical difficulties, not connecting, etc)
A PARTIAL REFUND of your appointment price will be made under the following conditions (when a Full Refund is not available):
~ your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
~ you are a No-Show for your appointment time
~ you are verbally abusive toward your advisor
No additional guarantees or warranties are made with regards to the accuracy of information or predictions obtained as a result of using this service.
Please submit a Refund Request via email and include all the details of your appointment, call, and/or refund request in your email within 60 days of your payment.
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time for a Full Refund (refund sent via PayPal, please allow 48 hours for payment).
If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, the Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee will apply (This fee of 22.50€ will be deducted from your appointment price if you request a partial refund, or you can choose to pay 22.50€ to reschedule your appointment at another time.)
If Monica Who needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment time with less than 24 hours notice, you will receive the Rescheduling Bonus; 10 free minutes added to your rescheduled appointment.
No-Show is when the customer fails to place their private call to Monica Who within 10 Minutes of their scheduled appointment time. In the event of a No-Show, the appointment is considered Cancelled Without Notice and the Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee will apply. 22.50€ will be charged to your account if you wish to reschedule your appointment or the fee will be deducted from your payment amount and you will receive a Partial Refund via PayPal within 24 hours.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee and Rescheduling Bonus Policy
If you do not cancel or submit a rescheduling request for your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, the Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee will apply to any missed appointment calls.
The Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee is 22.50€ and only applies to missed appointment calls that were Cancelled without notice (see Cancellation and No-Show policies) by the customer. The 22.50€ fee will be deducted from your payment amount before a partial refund is issued through PayPal (see Refund Policy) or you can send a payment of 22.50€ to Monica Who through PayPal to reschedule your missed appointment. (If you need to reschedule your appointment because of technical difficulties and/or connectivity issues when you made your appointment call and you or Monica Who ended the call within 3 minutes, there will be no Rescheduling Fee or Bonus applied.)
If Monica Who needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment time at any time, you will receive the Rescheduling Bonus; 10 free minutes added to your rescheduled appointment. This Rescheduling Bonus is applied to any pre-paid, confirmed appointments that need to be rescheduled for any reason by the advisor, even if the rescheduling notification is made with more than 24 hours notice to the customer. These bonus minutes cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and bonus minutes expire after 60 days from the date they were issued (when the appointment was cancelled or rescheduled by Monica Who).

You are respectful in all of your communications with Monica Who and/or www.MonicaWho.com staff including telephone appointment calls, email communications, etc. You do not use threatening, offensive, or obscene language in any of your communications with Monica Who and/or www.MonicaWho.com staff.
You do not abuse the private appointment service by making calls at any time that is not your confirmed appointment time.
You do not publish any contact information (including telephone numbers, account names and/or numbers, email and/or mailing addresses) of Monica Who or www.MonicaWho.com without prior written consent.
You do not publish, distribute, or reveal any record of your confidential communications and/or appointments with Monica Who (including audio recordings and session notes) without prior written consent. You can make recordings or session notes for personal use only.
You do not threaten or harass Monica Who or any www.MonicaWho.com staff or web site users in any way. You do not send any spam emails to Monica Who or www.MonicaWho.com web site users.
If you violate any of these Acceptable Use guidelines, your use of this web site and/or services offered by Monica Who could be restricted, blocked, or permanently refused.
