Cycle of Life, Death, and Rebirth

By now you've discovered the power of the Trinity in your spiritual journey. The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit are the deities of the Triune Christian God, but there are many other lesser trinities in your life as well. You cannot ignore the profound significance of the past, present and future or space, time and matter. The trinities you're most intimately familiar with are me, myself and I; body, mind and spirit; free will, destiny and fate; and the primary colours red, blue and yellow. There are three spiritual realms: Heaven, Hell and Earth, and human beings have three eyes for seeing the physical and spiritual realms.

The Trinity I want to focus on today is Life, Death and Rebirth, or you can also look at it as creation, destruction, and resurrection. Just as Christ was incarnated, died on the cross for the forgiveness of sin, and was resurrected, our own planet has gone through five cycles of life, death and rebirth. This cycle is represented by the Major Arcana Tarot card, Death XIII.

Mass extinction of animals like the dinosaurs and the total destruction of ancient societies are nothing new to this planet. You may think stories of Atlantis and the original builders of pyramids found all around the world are legends and fantasy folklore, but these things have happened and will happen to planet Earth again.

Ever since 2001, I've seen visions of a comet or asteroid striking the Earth in the Atlantic Ocean. This causes massive tidal surges and flooding, combined with earthquakes and tsunamis. It could be much worse if the comet or asteroid struck land and filled the atmosphere with dust, smoke and debris.

Many people struggle to accept the idea of 2012 bringing about a shocking rise in natural disasters, infectious diseases, famine, powerful super-storms, electrical and solar storms, severe flooding and alterations of coast lines, and terrible droughts. The truth is that all of these things have happened on Earth before, and the cycle is going to repeat again in the coming years.

I see three years of very turbulent times, and humanity begins to rebuild in the year 2017. This will be the beginning of a new era, or a new age in human development. You will see the rise of a resource based economy that empowers all human beings to contribute to society in the special and unique ways they are called to. Artists and entertainers will be just as valuable and cherished by communities as the doctors, scientists and teachers.

I see a genuine Utopian society ahead for mankind, which is beautiful and inspiring! The difficult and tragic part of it is that I see two thirds of the human race suffering and dying during those turbulent years. The future will be amazing, awesome and worth dying for, but we must not forget the sacrifice of our brave brothers and sisters around the world.

Now is the time to open ourselves to spiritual evolution and universal love. You must realize that you cannot survive without the beneficial connections you experience with people, the whole Earth and Spirit. You must honour these connections now and reach out to the people around you. Offer to help your neighbors and friends survive the difficult times ahead. Together we can survive and thrive in the new era of peace, freedom and exploration!

Are You a Lightworker too?

Over the years that you've been hearing and reading about things like the Law of Attraction and the Secret, and I'm quite sure you have heard the term "lightworker" several times by now. But you might be wondering what exactly a lightworker is. What special qualities does a lightworker possess? What skills or talents set a person apart as a lightworker? How can you recognize another lightworker, and are you prepared to be a lightworker yourself? There is no better time than the present to explore these questions and find the answers you seek.

Before you came here, to live this life, you were with God and the angels in the kingdom of Heaven--at least, this is how the story of the lightworker generally goes. When you were living with the divine, you made a choice. You saw something happening in the world and felt a special calling, or you perceived a certain experience or wisdom that you yourself had never gone through or never learned on your own. You asked your Heavenly Father to let you come here and live this life. You chose the people around you in this life and the picked out the family that you would call your own. You asked God to teach you specific things; you invited God to send you a precise and specific set of circumstances and challenges to achieve the lessons, wisdom and experience you requested.

Think of it like this: you watched Earth from the Heavens and you asked God, your Heavenly Father, to instruct you. It's like signing up for elective courses at college. Once you sign up, He sends you to a mortal existence, where you then forget that you even signed up for a course and that you're here on Earth to learn something specific, or to accomplish a very special mission. Your divine life mission is to do and see and learn what you requested from the Creator before your birth.

A lightworker not only has a very special divine life mission in this world, but he or she also has amazing powers of thinking, healing, public speaking, teaching, leading and inspiring others. They are philosophers, healers, teachers, and guides. Lightworkers are often drawn to careers in the medical field (including nurses and vetrinarians), teaching, working with children or handicapped patients, counselling, spiritual teaching, spiritual leadership, journalism, politics, life coaching, and creative careers like music, acting, art, and dance. More lightworkers are female than male, but there are a great deal of male lightworkers as well. I can also tell you that most genuinely gifted clairvoyants, empaths, mediums, telepathy, mystics and psychics are also lightworkers.

You can find lightworkers in your local Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, in rape survivor support groups, and in autism awareness organizations in your community. Lightworkers could be hanging out at your local art galleries and teaching self help seminars. They'll be joined with one another at psychic fairs and spiritual retreats, and when you volunteer at the soup kitchen or the local homeless shelter, you're sure to run into more lightworkers. They are all across the country, right now, lending a hand where ever they can. They are inviting and inspiring you to join in!

If you are a lightworker like myself and many of my esteemed colleagues, it's time for you to start meditating and praying. Ask God to show you the path He has prepared for you, and ask Him to use you as His faithful servant. Offer the love and compassion of your soul to heal and raise up the needy and the sick and the lame. Reach out to the lonely and the lost and the heartbroken, and do what you can to fight addiction, slavery, poverty and hunger today! Your personal skills, natural talents and spiritual calling are a part of your divine life mission. Now is the time for you to find your path and proudly declare victory in His name as you go forward to make your divine life a reality.

Spiritual Partnership and Submission

Your relationship with Spirit is the spiritual equivalent of a marriage or business partnership, which means that you work together for the highest good, but you might be wondering what dynamics this special relationship needs to have. The healthiest dynamic in your spiritual partnership depends greatly on the nature of your spirit partners.

God is not your spiritual equal and a partnership with the Creator requires reverence, worship, submission and servitude. Although you might perceive angels as being on a higher spiritual plane than you, God created the angels to serve mankind. Your relationship with angels is more balanced and should not include worship and submission. Treat them as you would treat your friends, in a balanced give-and-take dynamic (except that with human friendships you give to your friend in return, but with angels you are to give to God).

Spirit guides and Ascended Masters are on a higher plane than you, but they work to teach and assist you so that you may go forward and teach and assist others, and that makes your relationship with guides and Ascended Masters slightly more complex. Although angels can act as spirit guides, angels do not request anything of you and other spirit guides and the Ascended Masters ask that you serve other people as they (the guides and Masters) serve you. They will make it very clear to you when they want you to do something on their behalf for another person.

If you ignore the requests of your spirit guides and the Ascended Masters, your relationship with them may suffer for it. They might pull back from you and not provide as much guidance and assistance, and they could even choose to move on and work with someone who has a more willing heart and mind than you. However, when God or His angels communicate to you, it is never a demand that carries with it the threat of abandonment. You cannot have faith in your spirit guides or Ascended Masters the same way you do with God, which is why it is appropriate to worship the Creator and not any other spirit or being existing on the planes between you and God.

A simple way to look at the relationships with Spirit is that you could but are not likely to ever move to a lower spiritual plane yourself, so you do not worship spirits on lower planes (including angels) and you only give to them if you desire to. You have the ability to evolve and transcend to higher spiritual planes and be closer to the Creator (both in this life and after: you can become a spirit guide or Ascended Master), so you accept the service of spirits and beings on the planes between you and God and serve them when it does not conflict with your servitude to God. You can love and appreciate your other partners in Spirit, but you give your faith, reverence, and worship to God.

Healing Sound & Energy Meditation

Meditation can promote healing and well being of your body, mind and spirit. There are so many different ways to meditate and if you are struggling with illness, stress or emotional issues you could find meditation with sound and energy vibrations to be highly effective for you! Using sound and energy to heal and align your chakras is easy to do in the comfort of your own home with the help of meditation tools like baoding balls, chimes and bells, or even chimes and nature sounds blended together on a meditation music CD.

I recently bought a set of taiji baoding balls for myself and find meditating with them is extremely helpful for my health and overall sense of well being. Start by rolling a single ball in either your left or right hand, whichever is most comfortable for you. Slowly roll the ball around in your hand, feeling the soothing vibrations as the inner ball rings inside the larger ball. You'll make unique melodies as you roll the ball gently in your hand and the sound and energy vibrations will help align your chakras and release any blockages in your energy.

You'll know you have a blockage in your spiritual energy when the ball suddenly stops rolling smoothly or stops ringing in a pleasing way while you're rolling the baoding ball in either your left or right hand. Points in the palms of your hands connect to all of your chakras, and the left hand is connected to the energies of your past while your right hand connects to the energies of your future. You should meditate with the baoding ball in your left and right hand equally, but pay attention to any of the blockages you find in each hand separately.

A blockage of your energy in the left hand would mean that you need to meditate on releasing pain and trauma from your past in order to heal your body, mind and spirit. Roll the ball gently in your left hand and meditate on the traumatic experiences and losses from your past, and release your old thoughts and painful memories as you listen to the beautiful music coming from the baoding ball in your hand. Soon the blockage will be healed and you'll be able to make a beautiful, healing melody with the ball in that hand as the damage to your chakras is repaired.

If you find blockages in your right hand, it means you must open yourself up to new opportunities and new ideas in order to achieve well being in your future. As you roll the ball in your right hand, you want to meditate on happiness, love, faith and hope for your future. Slowly roll the ball until the blockage is relieved and you can make smooth, beautiful melodies with the ball in your right hand. Healing these blockages will open your heart, mind and your spirit to allow energy to flow freely and balance all of your chakras. This alignment enables you to be more successful, recover from illness and heal your body, relieve stress and anxiety symptoms, and help you experience improved well being going forward in life.

Meditate with a baoding ball in each hand for about five to ten minutes every day to reap the most benefits of healing with sound and energy! I'm using my baoding balls to help me heal painful issues from my past that are blocking my energy and preventing my body from healing itself effectively. I find that the short sound meditation sessions help me achieve inner harmony and the chronic pain I experience is relieved slightly after just a couple days of using the baoding balls in my daily meditation practices. I will update you on the healing process and other meditation techniques that can help you in healing your body, mind and spirit.
