Service Updates

Over the next few days, you will see some changes to my website. Starting May 1, 2008, I will be offering private appointment calls to my customers using my business telephone number in Finland. Long distance charges will apply to your private appointment calls; check with your telephone service provider and inquire about connection rates to Finland.

Making an appointment with

Now you can select and manage your appointment time(s) using my online appointment scheduling service. You need to Register for your free customer account in order to schedule a private appointment with me. Appointments can be scheduled up to two months in advance.

Appointments will be available in blocks of 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Payment is handled with PayPal, and online payments must be completed no less than 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. If payment for your appointment is not received 24 hours prior to your appointment time, your appointment will be officially cancelled. No refund will apply unless your payment goes through at a later time. In the event that your payment is delayed and your original appointment time needs to be cancelled, you can reschedule your appointment without paying any additional fees once your payment is received.

More information on rates, special offers and discounts, payment options, hours of availability, detailed terms and conditions, and appointment scheduling instructions will be published on my website and announced in this blog as soon as the service changes are implemented.
