Step 1.
Select a block of time for your appointment (15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes) and arrange payment through PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted, as well as bank transfers and e-checks.

Step 2.
Schedule your appointment using the online appointment scheduler utility. You must register for a free, confidential customer account to use the appointment scheduler.

Step 3.
Wait for two confirmation emails: one from PayPal to confirm successful payment and one from Monica Who to confirm your appointment time. When your appointment time has been confirmed, you must provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or else you will be charged 22,50€

All payments are listed and handled in Euro currency. Use the following form to calculate the conversion between Euro and many other currencies. PayPal can automatically convert your payment to Euro currency and the exchange rate offered by PayPal may differ from the rate provided by XE.com using the tool below. The tool below will give you a very good estimate of the cost of your desired appointment option in your own currency. Additional telephone charges (cell phone minutes, long distance connection fees, etc) may apply to your appointment call; check with your telephone service provider and inquire about connection rates to Finland.

All telephone psychic readings, spiritual guidance and counseling sessions, and email communications are kept completely private and confidential. If you would like to send a Testimonial for me, please provide your written permission for me to publish your testimonial on my website when you email me. Any personal information you share with PayPal (billing information, etc) or the online appointment scheduler utility when you register (such as telephone numbers, email address, etc) is protected by the respective privacy policies and is never revealed to third parties without your consent.

Making Your Appointment Call When your appointment time arrives, you must place your call to Monica Who using one of the telephone numbers you added to your customer profile when you registered to use the online appointment scheduler utility. Monica Who's business telephone is located in Finland; additional telephone charges may apply to your appointment call (check with your telephone service provider and inquire about fees for calling Finland). You must place your call within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, or you will be considered a No-Show for your scheduled appointment. Complete calling instructions will be provided to you when you make payment for your appointment call using the PayPal online payment processing service. Returning customers will need to submit payment for their follow-up appointment calls when they arrange an appointment time using the online appointment scheduler utility.

Hours of Availability: Appointment times are flexible to meet the needs of customers from all over the globe. Please consult the online appointment scheduler utility for the most current availability information. Typically I am available from 6pm until 6am (GMT+2), but I also offer at least two days per week with European Hours, 9am to 6pm (GMT+2). The appointment scheduler will account for limited/restricted availability during vacation and holiday times, and changes in availability are posted in my psychic and spirituality blog.
