2009 First Quarter Progress Report & Update

Website design modifications began in January, 2009 and continue through the first quarter. New services are introduced and new pages will be added to http://www.monicawho.com/ Due to health reasons and treatment that I am currently undergoing, my hours of availability have been reduced. I ask that you kindly schedule all appointment calls a minimum of (three) 3 days prior to your desired private session time, rather than the usual 24 hour advanced scheduling policy currently in place at http://www.monicawho.com/

I am receiving chemotherapy and taking pain management medication, so I require considerably more time to prepare for your private session and meditate to align and purify my spiritual energy in order to provide psychic services. Your patience and understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated, and these slight changes in service availability and scheduling will remain in effect throughout the first half of 2009.

Email and SMS services will not be affected during the first half of 2009.

During the second quarter, I will receive surgery and take an extended medical leave. From June 2009 until mid-August, I will not be providing any psychic services--including private sessions, E-Readings and SMS detailed analysis reports or readings--as I recover from surgery at home and later travel to Canada to spend quality time with my family. Email and SMS subscription services should not be interrupted but if a service interruption is necessary, all subscribers will receive advanced service announcements and all automatic payments for subscription services will be suspended for the duration of the interruption.

In August 2009, I will gradually increase my hours of availability and provide E-Readings and SMS reports and readings once again.

In the second half of the third quarter, I will restore the 24 hour scheduling policy. Regular business hours, policies and services are expected to continue normally during the second half of the third quarter and all of the fourth quarter, and I will post Progress Reports & Updates in my blog to keep you informed throughout the year.
